There may be several reasons why you are experiencing problems logging in to our learning platform Learn. Here are the most common errors and their solutions:

Check your username:
You must log in with the email address your invitation was sent to. In other words, your username is the same email address that received the email with your login details. -
Check your password:
You will receive a temporary password in the email. During your first login, you must change this password. Please note that if you copy the password directly from the email, you might accidentally include a space – so try entering the password manually if your login is rejected. -
Issues with the link in the email:
Some organizations’ security settings may prevent you from opening links directly from emails. In that case, you can open your browser and manually enter this address:

If the above does not help, you can click on “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
