I can't hear any sound

If you cannot hear the instructor when the webinar begins, please do the following:

  • Check that you have not muted your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Turn up the volume on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Check—via your computer's control panel—which channel the sound is set to play through (e.g., headset or the computer's speakers).
