If your company requires an EAN and/or PO number, it is important that you enter this information during your registration.
- PO number/reference number – e.g., your initials, user ID, purchase order number, or similar.
- EAN number – a 13-digit identification number used to send digital invoices.
If you are not sure what needs to be entered, your finance, purchasing, or HR department will likely be able to help you find the information.
If you do not provide an EAN and/or PO number, you will automatically receive reminder emails requesting that you fill in these details via the website link in the email.
