The following conditions apply to cancellations: Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing.
For our various events the following conditions apply:
Courses, seminars, conferences, theme days, masterclass, workshops and virtual courses
For cancellations or changes later than 4 weeks before the start of the event, there will be an administration fee of 50% of the cost. For cancellations or changes later than 2 weeks before the start of the event, there will be no refund.
Educations
For cancellations or changes later than 8 weeks before the start of the event, there will be an administration fee of 50% of the cost. For cancellations or changes later than 5 weeks before the start of the event, there will be no refund.
Webinars
If moving or unsubscribing 4 weeks or later before the event, 50% of the event price will be paid. For cancellations or changes later than 2 weeks before the event, there will be no refund.
For free webinars, cancellations or changes can take place until the event.
ERFA-groups
For cancellations later than 3 weekdays before the start of the event, there will be no refund.
Summarizing meetings and go-home-meetings
For cancellations later than 2 days before the event, you must pay a no-show fee.
Online courses and e-learning
For online courses and e-learning delivery of the digital material is accessible immediately after you have ordered the course. Therefore, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be given.
Unable to participate
If you are not able to participate in the event for any reason, a colleague is welcome to attend in your place. Please give us a notice either by phone +45 72 20 30 00 or by e-mail to kurser@teknologisk.dk.
